1. No Refunds on Used AI Credits

Once AI-generated content is delivered, it cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded. Since our system provides instant access to AI-generated text, we do not offer refunds for used credits.

2. Refunds for Technical Issues

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
Billing errors – Duplicate charges or accidental overpayments.
System failure – If our AI tool is unavailable for an extended period, preventing credit usage.
Unredeemed credits on a first-time purchase – If no AI text has been generated, users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly Plans: Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
  • Annual Plans: If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and have not used credits, a refund may be granted.
  • Auto-Renewal: You must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.

4. Chargeback Policy
